This week they have Velveeta cheese on B1G1 and there is a $1 off coupon at www.velveeta.com (that you can print twice if you hit the back button a few times once it starts printing the first one). Use both and you get 2 packs for $1.69 total. Also on good sale are Lays chips B1G1 and those tubs of Curley's pulled chicken and pulled pork B1G1. I'll post more tonight...

GREAT Publix Trip Today!

I have been doing this a LONG time and thought I knew just about all of the tricks to getting things cheap or free but thanks to someone "waking me up" I learned a NEW one. I never thought about that monthly Walgreens ESQ book in spite of the fact that I use competitor coupons at Publix on EVERY trip... sigh... well here's what I got today thanks to my new info...

4 Bottles of L'Oreal Vive Shampoo (Walgreens $4 off 2 and $1 man for each)
2 Bottles of L'Oreal Vive Conditioner (Walgreens $4 off 2 and $1 man for each)
2 Bottle Garnier Fructis Shampoo (Walgreens $2 off and $1 man for each)
4 Garnier Fructis Gels (spray and polish drops)(Walgreens $2 off & $1 man for each)
3 Garnier Mouse & Hairspray (Walgreens $2 off & $1 man for each)
16 Rotels (8 Publix $1 off 2 and 16 man .30)
20 Boxes Kraft Mac-n-Cheez Crackers (B1G1 sale and 10 B1G1 coupons)

Great Deal ON Skippy Peanut Butter & Ragu

First of all, WELCOME BACK! I hope the holidays treated you well. I'm back on track now from all of the craziness that the holidays bring to my house.

Walgreens has Skippy Peanut Butter and Ragu Pasta Sauce (ummm no this is a Food Bank item, I cook real sauce LOL) for $1.99 each. Buy 8 ($15.94) and get a $10 Register Reward making them roughly .75 cents each. There are some coupons out there for both if you hung on to them since November but even at .75 cents each... a spankin deal! If you want 8 of each be sure to do 2 different transactions or you will only get ONE $10 RR. Also, if you USE one to pay for the other order you will NOT get another one. I did 8 of each and will use the $20 on something else that comes up at Walgreens!

Walgreens also has the Muana Loa Macadamia Nuts (even chocolate covered!) on sale for 2 for $4 AND a coupon in the monthly book (the teeny one) for $3 off 2 making them .50 cents a pack for the 6 oz... another spankin deal!

Good Deal Alert! Glade Candles

Publix has Glade Candles on sale 2 for $4. In their blue Winter Savings coupon book there's a coupon for $1 off 1 candle. Then in last week's newspaper coupon insert there was a coupon for $5 off any 5 SC Johnson, Glade etc... Buy 5 candles use 5 $1 off coupons and 1 $5 off coupon making them FREEEEEEEEEEE I got 25 of them tonight LOL You will have to pay the tax though. Also that coupon for the $1 off a toy under $29.99 (free hot wheels) is on the inside front cover of that same blue Winter Savings coupon book.

Martha White Muffins/Publix Update 2

This $5 off coupon expires this coming Friday. Many people have reported getting a LOT of the coupons and then having their Publix special order these muffins by the cases (24 in each case) and filling their local food banks with muffins.

Cheap or FREE Toys at Publix

In the blue Winter Savings coupon booklet inside front cover there is a coupon for $1 off any toy under $29. Look for the Hot Wheels cars that are .99 cents and you score a free toy... buy something for more and get $1 off so still a good deal... some cute little things in there but the cars are the best deal.
